The Paradise is suitable for an occupancy of max. 2 persons. A baby bed is available on request.

Price list

Rental conditions

• Our prices are per night and refer to an occupancy with 2 persons

• Smoking in the apartment is not allowed

• Minimum stay 6 nights (depending on season)

• Final payment: two weeks before arrival

• No deposit

• Payment method: bank transfer

• The local tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid on the spot

You would like to spend a short time out in our vacation apartment? Depending on the season and occupancy, we may also be able to fulfill travel requests under a minimum stay of 6 nights. Please contact us directly at +49-151-16150106 or urlaub@paradies-tegernsee.de.

Cancellation conditions

Up to 90 days before arrival you can cancel your booking free of charge.

Cancellation at a later date results in the following payment obligation:

• 60 to 89 days before arrival: 20% of the rental price

• 30 to 59 days before arrival: 50% of the rental price

• 15 to 29 days before arrival: 75% of the rental price

• less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the rental price

Arrival and departure

• Arrival: daily - earliest arrival time 3:00 pm

• Alternative arrival days are possible on request

• Departure: until 10:00 at the latest

Other conditions

• The cost of final cleaning is included

• The use of towels / bathrobes and the bed linen is included

• Car parking in the underground garage is included

• Well behaved dogs are welcome by prior arrangement – cost 10 € per night

Our guests receive the Tegernsee Card free of charge. This offer of the Tegernsee Holiday Region gives you the opportunity to use numerous leisure activities for only 50% of the regular price. With over 40 services from the areas of cable cars & lifts, swimming pools, health & wellness, culture & tradition, leisure & nature experience, children & family, you benefit throughout the year. And the rides on the buses of the Regionalverkehr Oberbayern in the entire district of Miesbach are free for our guests with the Tegernsee Card.
